- Invoices will be sent to directors immediately after registration is completed

- Checks made out to District IV CDA
- High School Audition Fee: $15 per student + $25 director’s fee (director’s fee is a one-time fee per director, NOT per school)
- Middle & Elementary School Audition Fee: $10 per student + $25 director’s fee (director’s fee is a one-time fee per director, NOT per school)
